Design and Display

The Samsung Galaxy A10s has a large screen, but it isn’t the largest we’ve seen. It comes in a variety of hues, including black, blue, red, and green, giving you a wide range of options.

The phone is also built of plastic, measures 75.8 x 156.9 x 7.8 mm in size, and weighs 168 grams with the battery. Unfortunately, it is not waterproof, but that is acceptable given its price, which will be revealed in the price and availability section below.

TFT (IPS) technology, a capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch, is the display type on the Samsung Galaxy A10s. It comes with a 6.2-inch infinity-V display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels.

This means that the screen has a V-cutout that houses the 8 megapixels camera. The Display protection comprises of scratch resistance.

Hardware and Software

The Samsung Galaxy A10s is powered by Android 9.0 Pie with One UI on top. Samsung, on the other hand, is now releasing an Android 10 update for the smartphone, along with One UI 2.0.

In comparison to the A10, it has a different processor. The MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) chipset includes a PowerVR GE8320 dual-core GPU and two quad-core CPUs clocked at 2.0 GHz and 1.5 GHz, respectively.

This explains how quickly this gadget can perform multi-tasking tasks. You also get 2GB of RAM, which, when combined with the chipset, should allow you to play games at a competitive level.

The Samsung Galaxy A10s has 32GB of inbuilt storage. There’s also a memory card slot, which expands your storage space even further if you need it. A microSD memory card of up to 512GB can be inserted into the slot.

It has proximity, light, fingerprint, and accelerometer sensors.

Camera and Battery

The Samsung Galaxy A10s has excellent cameras. It features three cameras in total, one more than the A10.

In comparison to the A10, you still receive a single front-facing camera, albeit it has been updated from a 5 megapixels camera to an 8 megapixels selfie camera.

However, there is a second camera on the rear. A 2MP depth sensor camera has been added to the 13MP camera. Autofocus, HDR, Panorama, and 1080p video recording are all supported by the camera.

A dual-LED flash is also included in the camera. Of course, its camera department will provide you with a slew of additional impressive features. A non-removable Li-Po 4,000 mAh battery powers the Samsung Galaxy A10S.

Although the smartphone does not allow wireless charging, it does offer fast charging.

Network and Connectivity

The Samsung Galaxy A10s is a 4G phone that can work on 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. It’s a dual-SIM phone that can accept two Nano SIM cards.

Wi-Fi, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, FM radio, micro USB 2.0, and the headphone jack are among the numerous network communication mechanisms. Unfortunately, there is no NFC.
