LG Electronics has introduced LG borderless LED and LCD HDTVs, which are new LED and LCD HDTVs. The TV is termed borderless because there is no visible border between the TV screen and the bezel, as both are made from a single piece of glass and available in the same colors. Full 1080p HD capability, superb picture quality, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, 4 HDMI, analogue/digital TV, and more are all features of LG’s borderless LED and LCD TVs. LG offers two series of borderless LCD and LED TVs: the LG SL8000 LCD TV series and the LG SL9000 LED TV series.
To build a TV with no visible bezel, LG combines a revolutionary injection compression moulding technology and a laminating process. The bezel and the TV screen are no longer separated by this method.
The LG frameless LED TV (SL9000) is an LED backlight LCD TV, similar to the Samsung LED TV. LED backlight LCD TVs utilize less energy than traditional LCD TVs and are therefore more energy efficient. High dynamic mega contrasts of 3,000,000:1 are also available on LED TVs, making blacks blacker and whites whiter.
LG’s borderless TV has a full 1080p HD resolution of 1920 x 1080p. The LG frameless TV produces sharp, high-definition images. Intelligent sensor technology improves the picture for a flawless vision regardless of the viewing conditions and saves energy. TruMotion technology eliminates blurs in photographs. TruMotion 200Hz/240Hz is available on the LG SL8000, while TruMotion 100Hz/120Hz is available on the LG SL9000.
In comparison to the SL8000 LCD TV models, LG’s borderless SL9000 LED TV models have a better dynamic contrast. While the LG SL9000’s LED back-light display provides tremendous visual clarity with 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast, the LG SL8000 has a lower but nevertheless excellent 150,000:1 dynamic contrast.
Another great feature of the LG borderless TV is Bluetooth. Without the need for any cabling, you may see photos or video clips stored on your Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone right on your huge LG frameless LED TV screen. Bluetooth also allows you to use a Bluetooth-enabled headset to listen to your LG TV. The borderless theme of LG’s new LED TVs includes Bluetooth capabilities as a major feature. Bluetooth eliminates the wire barrier between you and your television.
LG’s borderless LED TV has a variety of input/output ports, allowing you to connect to a variety of other devices. A borderless TV should be able to connect to as many devices as possible, which is also part of the LG borderless theme. LG’s frameless LED TV has four HDMI ports for connecting high-definition devices such as your HD DVD or Blu-Ray player. Component, composite, and scart ports are also available on the LG frameless LED TV.
Analogue and digital TV inputs, as well as one USB connector, are all available on the LG frameless TV. Your LG frameless LED TV also comes with a PC interface.
