Ways to pay your DStv account

DStv Africa Self Service makes payments simple. You can either pay for your own DStv subscription or assist others in paying for theirs. Simply input the information for the person you wish to pay, check the account, and ensure that you are paying the correct account.

You can pay or reconnect your DStv account using a variety of methods, including MyDStv App, Internet Banking, USSD, Debit Order, or visiting one of our Walk-in Centres or your nearest store.

QuickTeller ATM

  1. Insert ATM card
  2. Enter PIN
  3. Select ‘Pay Bills’ from the options on the screen
  4. Select account type (Current or Savings)
  5. Select DStv for the options on the screen
  6. Select your DStv bouquet
  7. Enter your Smartcard number, and ACCEPT
  8. It’s that simple!: -).
  9. Please ensure that your decoder is switched on when as you complete the transaction.
  10. If your viewing is not restored shortly afterwards, please text RA followed by the first 10 digits of your smartcard number to 30333.

Eazy Money

  1. Allows you to pay using your Eazy Money mobile wallet online (eazy.dstv.com/pay).
  2. Simply, enter your mobile number and Eazy money PIN.
  3. Should you not have a Eazy money wallet, you can register at a Zenith Bank branch.

Enterprise Bank

  1. When making the payment, the customer must enter their customer number as the beneficiary description, and reference.
  2. You can also pay by instructing your bank to set up a direct debit order.
  3. You can also pay your account subscription at any MultiChoice branch or agent and at Enterprise Bank.

Baxi Box POS

eTranzact

  1. Select Country, input specific Smart card number and click on VERIFY button
  2. Click VIEW BALANCE AND PAY to proceed to the payment summary page showing date and amount due for payment.
  3. Click PAY to proceed to the Payment Subscription page showing Account Holder’s details.
  4. Select eTranzact Payment Option and select BankIT.
  5. Input Bank account number and select preferred Bank.
  6. Generate a 6-digit passcode and submit details
  7. Dial *389*00# with phone number registered with the nominated Bank to receive an OTP.
  8. Input the OTP in the space provided and click PAY.

eTranzact Mobile

FCMB Bank

  1. Cash is received by FCMB tellers at all FCMB Branches.
  2. Customer is required to fill a form by the teller by inputting your name, phone number and IUC number.
  3. The customer then deposits the money and transaction is complete

Fidelity Bank

  1. You can also pay by instructing your bank to set up a direct debit order.
  2. You can also pay your account subscription at any MultiChoice branch or agent at Fidelity Bank.

First Bank

GlobalPay

  1. Visit MyDStv and then log into your account.
  2. Go to the PAY page and select GlobalPAY and then fill in your payment details including your First Name; Last Name, e-mail Address; Mobile Number, Customer Number and Smartcard Number and then click on Complete Payment GlobalPAY.com.
  3. You will be redirected to the GlobalPAY website where you will be prompted to select your Card Type and then enter your Card Number and then click on Pay.
  4. You will redirected back to your account on the MyDStv website.

Keystone Bank

KongaPay

  1. Go to services and bills and select TV subscription
  2. Select DStv as the subscription type and input your smart card number.
  3. Your details, as well as current bouquet plan, are automatically pre-populated on the screen.
  4. To change current plan select the bouquet drop-down menu and select appropriately.
  5. Select *Auto-renew every month* to authorize DStv to automatically bill and renew your subscription every month.
  6. Select *Pay* and input your KongaPay pin and OTP sent to your phone.
  7. Select confirm, the transaction has been completed and your DStv account is activated.
