Design

The cubic aluminum chassis of the Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D Printer has a beautiful design and offers a transparent three-dimensional environment for a distinctive visual and haptic experience.

Thanks to its DIY modular construction, which allows anyone to put it together, this 3D printer is surprisingly simple to put up.

Printing is made simple by the self-adhesive print bed that is included. The prints can be easily removed because the flexible magnets can be separated from the manufacturing plate.

The huge nuts are positioned beneath the printer for simple manual leveling procedures.

This printer comes with a metal extruded frame which provide stronger pressure enough to  push the  filament through the 3D printer’s nozzle

Build and Print Volume

The 350 x 350 x 400 mm printing volume provided by the Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D Printer is an ultra big printing format, meeting more of your printing needs for large prints. This exceeds the Creality Ender 6’s maximum printing size of 250 x 250 x 400 mm.

The maximum size that one object can have and still be created on this 3D printer is indicated by its printing volume. Additionally, this printer is among the quickest 3D printers thanks to its maximum print speed of 200 mm/s.

It’s critical to realize that the speed at which an object can be printed depends on its size, placement, and printing speed. This printer therefore has the ability to print 3D things, regardless of size and other parameters, twice as quickly as most other 3D printers in the same price range. This is due to the quantity and pace of its printing.

Printing Resolution

The 3D printer’s resolution in all three dimensions has an effect on the level of detail in a print. This printer can print in a standard range of filaments, including PLA, ABS, Soft Glue, Wooden, Copper Containing, Gradient, and Flexible Materials, and is configured to print up to 100 microns.

Because it has a 0.4mm nozzle, the printer can produce resolutions as low as 0.2 mm up to 100 times.

Dual Y and Z-Axis

Along with the dual Z-Axis, the Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D Printer has two Y-Axis motors. Both belts are driven simultaneously by the Y-axis motor. This causes fewer layer shifts and a generally smoother movement. Large 8-mm rods stabilizing each side of the bed’s center-mounted Z-axes allow for smooth motions while maintaining stability.

Similar to the single Z axis, the dual Z axis contains threaded rods that help maintain the stability of the -X- axis during printing and can, in general, lessen wear on the mechanical parts.

Since both sides of the X-Axis are supported and actively driven, the use of two Z-Axis stepper motors also eliminates uneven printing weakness. Additionally, by using two stepper motors, less “lift” force is needed on each side of the X-Axis rail.

Above all, this printer includes an incredibly quiet stepper driver that enables noise-free use at home or at the office.

Filament Runout / Power Failure Detector

A built-in filament run out detector is included with the Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D Printer. This function checks to see if your filament is running low while you’re printing.

The best feature of this sensor is that it allows the printer to pick up right where it left off when the filament issue has been fixed without skipping a beat or informing the user.

This 3D printer also has power failure recovery capabilities. This feature detects power breakdown and automatically continues when the power is restored, much as the filament detector and recovery sensor.

BL Touch proximity Sensor

The BL Touch sensor, an automatic leveling sensor for 3D printers that can precisely measure the tilt of the bed surface, is also included with the Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D Printer. Any type of bed material, including glass, wood, metal, and so forth, might be used with it.

Flexible Magnetic Heatbed

A flexible magnetic print bed that can be easily disconnected from the build plate is another characteristic of the Creality Ender 5 Plus.

As a bed surface for desktop 3D printers, it has an upper magnetic build surface and a lower magnetic sticky base. Consequently, you are able to lay the bottom 3M sticky surface on top of the standard build plate.

Similar to other 3D printers, this one uses a 350W/24V power source to quickly heat the print bed to 135°C.

Touch Screen Control

A 4.3-inch color TFT touchscreen is available for controlling the Creality Ender 5 Plus 3D Printer. The control panel for managing the printer’s performance is simple to use.

The software that is pre-installed on the printer makes it simple to use the function.

Similar to other 3D printers, this one supports USB and micro SD connectivity, allowing customers to select and print their creations from either peripheral using the touch screen control panel.
