Many Texans appreciate shopping at the H-E-B in their neighborhood because it offers affordable rates and high-quality groceries. Your trips to H-E-B are now much more convenient thanks to H-E-B Curbside.
You can order H-E-B Curbside using the My H-E-B app or website. H-E-B Curbside is often free for orders placed more than a day in advance; however, there is a $4.95 fee for same-day pickup. Regular curbside hours for H-E-B are 7 am to 9 pm. Digital coupons are valid for curbside orders at H-E-B, and EBT is accepted.

H-E-B Curbside: How Does It Operate?
You can place an online order with H-E-B Curbside and pick up your purchases from the store nearby. Orders can be placed using their website or app. A personal shopper will prepare each of your purchases. Simply text the H-E-B curbside phone number at the designated pickup time, and a worker will bring the groceries to your car.
You can order H-E-B Curbside via the app or the website. The app’s name is “My H-E-B.” In order to place curbside orders, you must also create an H-E-B account.
Then you can browse the various departments and find goods to add to your shopping cart. A store employee will put all of your items together once you place your order.
When you arrive at the shop, you must park in an H-E-B Curbside parking space. There will be signs in the parking lot to point you in the right direction.
Find the H-E-B curbside phone number 99147 and SMS your parking spot code to it. Your items will soon be delivered to your vehicle by an H-E-B staff. While you leave your trunk open, the employee will immediately load the groceries into your vehicle.
Opening hours for H-E-B Curbside are 7 am to 9 pm. You can schedule a pickup if there is a half-hour window of time between these hours. Please be aware that these timings may to change on holidays or at specific locations.
If H-E-B Curbside does not have the item you needed, there are two options based on what you mentioned when you made your order. Customers will choose an appropriate substitute if you provide them the chance to swap an item.
You will be notified of this change so you can remove the item if necessary. If you didn’t agree to the replaced item, you won’t be charged for it.
How to Place an Online Order at H-E-B
H-E-B Online orders can be placed by clients on the website or the My H-E-B app. You need an H-E-B account to place orders. - Go to your Cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the bottom right corner. Choose a pickup time. You can also indicate if you want to allow substitutions for each item, and you can leave instructions for your shopper.
- Continue to Checkout and complete the order. You may need to enter your phone number and payment information if you haven’t already.
