The HP Envy 20 Touchsmart and the HP Envy 23 Touchsmart have a lot in common. Both are Windows 8 touchscreen all-in-one desktop PCs with similar functionality. While the HP Envy 20 Touchsmart has a smaller 20-inch display, the Envy 23 Touchsmart has a larger 23-inch display.
