Every year at the start of the year, Samsung releases new flagship Galaxy S models. A lot was anticipated of the Korean company this year, especially as we were interested in seeing what design route it will go. Samsung has persisted with its tall Infinity displays since the Galaxy S8 (Review), indicating that it has no intention of adopting the same notches as everyone else. The Galaxy Note 9 (Review) was the company’s previous flagship-class smartphone, and it still featured its front cameras above the display, but the Galaxy S10 series are the first to debut with a more modern design that eliminates all of the screen’s borders. Samsung’s new Infinity-O screens, which stretch to all corners of the front of these phones and contain punch-holes for the cameras, were unveiled in San Francisco just before of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Samsung Galaxy S10+ Summary
Samsung’s latest flagship for 2019 is the Galaxy S10+. It sports a hole-punch design and a dazzling 6.4-inch AMOLED display. The hole-punch does take up a small bit of the display, but it’s not distracting. When used outside, the display is clear and brilliant. Samsung has picked the Exynos 9820 to power the Galaxy S10+ and has paired it with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. You can get additional RAM and storage with the top-end model, which has 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Samsung includes OneUI, which runs on top of Android 9 Pie. The program is also designed to work with the hole-punch display, and you may use a black bar at the top to disguise the camera hole. The Galaxy S10performance +’s is outstanding, and it outperformed most other Android devices in our benchmark testing. The Galaxy S10+ has a 4100mAh battery that can last for more than a day when used regularly. A 12-megapixel wide angle sensor, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor are located on the back of the S10+. It boasts a 10-megapixel selfie camera and an 8-megapixel RGB depth sensor on the front, as well as a dual camera arrangement on the back. The S10+ takes excellent images in a variety of lighting conditions, and the ultra-wide angle sensor comes in useful for photographing landscapes.
